Previously
Tom was responsible for overseeing the Western North
American operations for Optimé International
Inc., the leader in creating world class sales organizations
for customer driven Fortune 500 clients. He is considered
a thought leader on Sales and Customer Strategic Management
in North America and is also a co-author of the book
Championship Selling: A Blueprint for Winning with Today’s
Customer.
Before joining
Optimé International Inc. Tom served with Procter
& Gamble for 15 years as a national sales and marketing
executive in Toronto and as the top executive for Western
Canada, as a Managing Director based in Calgary. Tom
has over 20 years experience in consumer products, sales,
marketing and the retail sector. He has been repeatedly
recognized for his achievements both as a practitioner
and for his sales and marketing leadership where he
led a forum of Global Executives in developing strategies
for Procter & Gamble’s world-wide beauty care
business.
As
part of the Advisory Council, Tom’s brings a wealth
of insight and understanding into the North American
consumer products, retail sales, customer loyalty, and
marketing environments.
