Don’s expertise in organizational transformations is based on several years experience working with some of Alberta’s largest and most successful organizations including Neonex, Worker’s Compensation Board of Alberta, Ernst & Young and Fifth Dimension.

He has developed industry-leading expertise in organizational renewal through his extensive work with several organizations in the health care, education, energy and utilities and IT sectors. As a result Don is nationally recognized for his highly effective facilitation of senior management teams and executive committees.

His advisory capacity to Coe & Company focuses upon identifying individuals who would be crucial to the dramatic renewal of organizational structure, and providing advice in the areas of business planning, change management methodology and policy framework creation. Don lives in Edmonton.
